Wash Tools & Applicators

Both our Ultra Thick Wash Mitt and the Microfiber Madness Incredipad XL are designed with long, soft microfibers that safely encapsulate dirt and keep it away from the paint. The difference is purely in ergonomics. A wash mitt fits like a glove around your hand, giving extra control on vertical panels and making sure you don't accidentally drop the mitt. A wash pad glides more loosely over the paint and, thanks to its foam core, often holds a bit more shampoo water for maximum glide. Both options are equally safe; the choice depends on what feels more comfortable to hold for you.

A microfiber towel has high absorbency, which means a large part of your precious wax or tire dressing gets soaked deep into the towel and wasted. Specific applicators, like our Bumper & Tyre Dressing Applicator, are made from dense foam or a short-pile microfiber structure. This keeps the product sitting on the surface of the applicator. That gives you much more even distribution without stains or streaks, better coverage in the texture of plastic or rubber, and significantly less product waste.

Products like tire black and paste waxes are often water-repellent and oil- or silicone-based, so they don't just dissolve in a normal wash. After use, spray on a bit of Interior Cleaner or apply a drop of liquid microfiber detergent directly to the applicator. Work the product into a lather under warm water to break down the greases, then rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear. Let the applicators dry completely before storing them to prevent mold.
